Warsaw is a large, spread-out city with sights and attractions in every district. It’s not particularly walkable, but the excellent metro system has been upgraded and extended recently. So staying near a Metro station will help you get around.
There are several Christmas markets in Warsaw, the main one in Old Town Square and a more modern one across the river in the Praga district.
Hotels Near Warsaw Christmas Market
While the Christmas market in Praga is worth visiting, and the area is fun for nightlife and eating out, I recommend staying in Warsaw’s Old Town.
You’ll find many of the city’s incredible museums, palaces, vodka bars, restaurants, and the most well-known Christmas market in the old town.

If a location near Warsaw Christmas market as well as style and service are important to you, then Hotel Bellotto is unbeatable. The building is stunning and the interior design is classic. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Hotel Bellotto is an actual palace, dating from the 16th century. It’s quite incredible to stay in such a luxurious palace that has been impeccably renovated. Motel One Warsaw-Chopin
Address: 38 Tamka, Sródmiescie, 00-349 Warsaw, Poland
Of course, not everyone would like to stay at a luxury hotel or be able to do so. Motel One is an excellent budget hotel in Warsaw with a clean, modern design, great-quality beds and friendly service. The issue with staying here is that it is not close to the Warsaw Christmas market, which is a 20-minute walk away.
