This is where I stayed in Tallinn. Hotel Telegraaf is one of the most beautiful classically designed hotels in Tallinn. The rooms are plush and luxurious and even though the hotel is only 2-minutes from Town Hall Square, the rooms are incredibly quiet and peaceful. The hotel has all the luxury trimmings you would expect from a 5-star hotel including robes, slippers and considerate staff. The hotel building dates from 1878 and from 1918 until 1992 it served as the main centre of telephone communications in Tallinn as well as a post office.
