I always try to stay in the Puro Hotels in Poland and recommend the one in Krakow. It’s just outside of Planty Park, the green space that encircles the Old Town.
I like that it’s modern, clean, and well-located, offering easy access to both the old town and the central train station, as well as being excellent value for money.
The hotel offers bike rental, a fun and sustainable way to explore the city, even in winter, provided you’re lucky with the weather.

Also, just outside Plany Park, but closer to the centre than the Puro Hotel, Relaks Apartamenty is a clean and spacious apartment.
You can choose between a studio, 1-bed or 2-bed apartment, so this is great if you’re travelling with a group or would simply prefer your own private space.
An apartment is also helpful if you’re travelling slowly and need to wash clothes, or you would like to prepare your own meals. Relaks is highly rated and conveniently located just a short walk from the main square.

Meyo Apartments

You can’t get any closer to the Christmas market with this apartment, and some of the rooms even offer a view of the market.
